A Process Safety Design Review (PSDR) Study is a structured engineering review conducted to verify that a facility is designed for safe, reliable, and compliant operation. - Recovery: Measures that help restore the facility to a safe condition, such as safe isolation, depressurization, emergency access and operating procedures.

5. ESD and Safeguarding Review
